Originally the lighting in all the hallways for
these communal flats was set on a timer to come
on at 4pm for 8 hours, the client realised this
was a waste of electricity and opted to have the
lighting converted to sensor lights. This client
wanted each level to have its own sensor which
would activate the light on that level only
when someone walked past it, and would turn the
light off after a time period of 30 seconds.
As well as having sensors fitted for all the
hallways the client also chose to have the
existing ceiling lights replaced, also due to
recent break-ins chose to have 2 external sensor
floodlights fitted to the rear of the building
and an existing floodlight converted to a sensor
floodlight.
